SE Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Equity Shareholders and Creditors of the Company have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Unnati Financial Services Pvt. Ltd with the Company.
In the Court convened meetings of Equity Shareholders, secured creditors, Unsecured Creditors and Fixed Deposit Holders of the Company held on April 25, 2009, the Equity Shareholders, Unsecured Creditors and Fixed Deposit Holders, present in their respective meetings, have unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation. The Secured Creditors representing 82% in value of Secured Creditors present in the Meeting have voted in favour of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
