Super-specialty healthcare clinic Dr Batras on Tuesday formed a joint venture company with the US-based Nu/Hart for hair transplant and hair re-growth solutions.
The company, named as Dr Batra’s Nu/Hart Hair Transplant Clinics, is a 51:49 joint venture.
"The new joint venture will bring the latest hair transplantation solutions to India and will be a one-stop solutions provider, specializing in hair related matters," Dr. Batras Founder and CMD, Mukesh Batra, said in a statement here on Tuesday.
