Ltd.(the First Transferor Company), Khara Gas Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (the Second Transferor Company) and Maharashtra Cylinders Pvt. Ltd. (the Third Transferor Company) with Confidence Petroleum India Ltd (the Transferee Company).
