Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that with regard to the Buy-back that, as mentioned in the Public Announcement ("PA") dated April 29, 2009 the date of closing the Buy-back (Last date of placing order for purchase of shares) was July 20, 2009. Therefore the Company shall not place any further buy orders. The last date for the completion of the Buy-back is July 28, 2009 as provided in the PA.
