Shloka Infotech Board approves Scheme of Amalgamation
Shloka Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2006 has considered and approved a Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company with other eight Companies inter alia, Birla Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Shloka Academy Pvt Ltd, Shloka Graphics Pvt Ltd, Shloka Peripheral Pvt Ltd, Shloka Finance Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Shloka Software Pvt Ltd, Viking Travels Pvt Ltd and Shloka Publications Pvt Ltd.
