Shriram Overseas Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras by its Order dated December 01, 2006 has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of this Company with Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd (STFC). The copy of the said order has been filed along with Form 21 in the Office of Registrar of Companies, Chennai on December 11, 2006.
