Shaw Wallace to merge with United Spirits
Spirits maker Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd said on Thursday that its board had approved merging the company with group firm United Spirits Ltd.
Shaw Wallace shareholders would get four United Spirits shares for every 17 shares held in the company, it said in a notice to the stock exchange.
