Pioneer Investcorp equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on January 18, 2008, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pioneer Tradestock Pvt Ltd (the "Transferor Company") with the Company (the "Applicant / Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors.
