Inducto Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of HARIYANA INDUSTRIAL GASES PVT LTD and INDUCTO TECHNOCASTING PVT LTD with the Company have been sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad by an order dated August 27, 2007.
