Arrow Webtex arm buys Victor Hotels
Arrow Webtex Ltd has informed the BSE that Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the company has purchased 100 per cent equity of Victor Hotels and Motels Ltd.
The deal involves a swap of shares whereby Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd acquired 100 per cent equity stake in Victor Hotels and Motels Ltd from Diana Buildwell Pvt. Ltd in exchange for 10 per cent of equity of Highstreet Cruises and Ente rtainment Pvt. Ltd issued to Diana Buildwell Pvt Ltd.
