KOLKATA: Spencer’s Retail has acquired 100% stake in meragrocer.com to foray into e-commerce sales, sector head Shashwat Goenka said. The size of the deal is not disclosed. Spencer’s will turn the holding company of meragrocer.com, Omnipresent Retail India, as its wholly-owned subsidiary.
