SaaS-based consultancy xto10x, set up in 2017 by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal and former eKart executives Saikiran Krishnamurthy and Neeraj Aggarwal, has acquired human resources tech startup, Dockabl for an undisclosed amount, the company said on Wednesday.
The acquisition strengthens xto10x’s product portfolio that includes 10xGoals (objectives and key results, or OKR strategy to execution platform) and 10xPeople (employee sentiment analysis and engagement platform). It will now also allow a comprehensive solution for organizations to align company objectives with employee performance, and manage feedback reviews on a single platform, it added.
xto10x helps organizations scale with efficiency across business design, OKRs, people, cultural and operational excellence. It mentors growth-stage startups in key aspects like design, products, human resources and culture. It has worked with over 150 brands such as Cred, Licious, Meesho, ClearTax, Hopscotch, Dunzo, upGrad and SuprDaily.
“Dockabl is a simple-to-use management tool to adopt. Given the ease with which it can adapt into multiple design choices, it can become the preferred performance management tool,” said Saikiran Krishnamurthy, co-founder, xto10x
