Hon’ble Supreme Court in their order dated 4^th January 2023 decides jurisdictional powers between Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in the matter of IFB Agro Industries Limited (Appellants) v SICGIL India Limited (Respondents) while deciding rectificatory jurisdiction of NCLT.
