Fusion CX, a global customer experience (CX) business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has acquired S4 Communications, a company specialising in call center outsourcing and BPO services. S4 Communications reported a revenue of USD 23.5 million in CY 2024.
The acquisition will integrate S4 Communications’ expertise in telecom and utilities with Fusion CX’s advanced technologies, such as voice bots, chatbots, analytics, accent harmonization, and AI-powered quality management systems.

With this acquisition, Fusion CX aims to expand its presence in the telecom and utilities sectors and bring prominent US telecom brands into its client portfolio. The deal also adds over 900 employees to the Fusion CX workforce across locations in Texas and the Philippines.
