AdaniConneX Pvt Ltd, a joint venture of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), has acquired a 100% stake in Granthik Realtors Pvt Ltd for Rs 85.99 crore, the company informed stock exchanges on Friday.
The acquisition, completed on June 26, 2025, through a share purchase agreement with Windson Projects LLP and its nominees, will support AdaniConneX’s infrastructure development ambitions. Granthik, though yet to commence commercial operations, holds significant land assets and key licences that will give AdaniConneX a head start in project execution, AEL said.
Registered in Mumbai in May 2023, Granthik Realtors operates in the infrastructure development space. The transaction does not fall under related-party norms and was executed via cash consideration.
“This acquisition aligns with our goal of expanding infrastructure capabilities through strategic asset acquisition,” the company said in its regulatory filing.
