The board of Havells India at its meeting held on 06 October 2025 has taken note of the fact that Havells International Inc has decided to acquire Salesmark Ventures LLC’s 20% stake and consequently Havells HVAC LLC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Havells International Inc.
