JetSynthesys acquires Big Fish Games’ EverMerge to scale global gaming play

Video gaming company JetSynthesys, which is backed by Sachin Tendulkar, has strengthened its global footprint with the acquisition of EverMerge, a popular merge puzzle game from Big Fish Games, a subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure.

Launched five years ago, EverMerge has emerged as a standout title in the merge puzzle category, generating more than $350 million in lifetime revenue and ranking among the top 100 highest-grossing mobile games of all time.

JetSynthesys plans to scale the franchise across high-growth markets, including India, leveraging its capabilities in community building, brand partnerships and data-driven user acquisition to drive expansion. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Rajan Navani, chairman and managing director of JetSynthesys, said the company has acquired 100% ownership of EverMerge and migrated the title globally to JetSynthesys’ iOS and Google Play stores. “As with Real Cricket, where we grew revenue 3X and value 10X, we aim to scale EverMerge across developed Western markets as well as emerging economies,” he said.

Navani said the acquisition aligns with JetSynthesys’ stated ambition of achieving 20X growth over the next five years, positioning EverMerge as a key lever in its global expansion strategy.

The company plans to retain much of the existing EverMerge team while integrating Indian talent across functions such as engineering, which Navani said would support margin expansion as well as localisation for emerging markets.

“Building for domestic and emerging markets requires an understanding of local sensibilities,” he said, adding that the blend of global talent and India-based teams would help deepen the franchise’s reach beyond core gaming audiences.

Ryo Shima, global gaming CEO at JetSynthesys, said the company will continue to invest in the title by expanding content and introducing new gameplay experiences. “This acquisition reinforces our long-term commitment to players while accelerating JetSynthesys’ journey towards becoming a leading global games company,” he said.

In recent years, JetSynthesys has expanded aggressively through acquisitions including a majority stake in creator monetisation platform Fanory, alongside earlier buys such as majority stake in Skyesports and Nautilus Mobile.
