The Board of Directors of ACC Limited and Ambuja Cements Limited has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation under which ACC (Amalgamating Company) will merge with Ambuja Cements Limited (Amalgamated Company) under Sections 230–232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
