Adarsh Plant gets LoI from Lewis for stake buy
Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has received the LOI from Lewis & Co., (Streatham) Ltd., for taking in stake to the extent of 4.50 per cent. The price would be decided as per the SEBI Guidelines Chapter VIII.
The fund raised would be utilised for expanding its product line and investing in R&D divisions.
