Anant Raj Industries – Hon’ble High Courts sanction Scheme of Amalgamation
Anant Raj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court(s) at Delhi and Punjab & Haryana have sanctioned the amalgamation of following five transferor Companies with the Company:
1. Kalinga Meadows Ltd
2. B T Estates Pvt Ltd
3. Sarvodya Builders Pvt Ltd
4. Carnation Buildcon Pvt Ltd
5. Elegant Buildtech Pvt Ltd
Further in pursuance to the sanctioned Scheme of Amalgamation, the company has to allot 9002435 equity shares to the shareholders of above mentioned transferors companies.
