Aptech to buy 70 pc stake in Synergetics
Aptech Ltd has announced that it will acquire 70 per cent equity stake in Mumbai-based Synergetics Information Technology Service India Pvt Ltd for Rs 3.5 crore. The company board also decided to infuse additional capital of Rs 5 crore in Synergetics, taking its stake in that company to 85 per cent.
Synergetics is in the high-end IT training space and a preferred partner for Microsoft Developer Training. "Aptech has been looking at prospects for reinforcing the IT Training vertical and, accordingly, had identified Synergetics, which is a reputed company executing training contracts in the IT vertical," said a statement from Aptech.
"This acquisition will not only augment our efforts in the corporate training spacebut also help us to become a Global Learning Solutions Company," said Mr Pramod Khera, CEO and Managing Director, Aptech Ltd.
