Asian Hotels equity shareholders & creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement & Demerger
Asian Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, separate meeting of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company will be held on January 07, 2008, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger between the Company (Applicant Company No. 1), Chillwinds Hotels Ltd (Applicant Company No. 2) and Vardhman Hotels Ltd (Applicant Company No. 3).
