Aurobindo board okays merger
Aurobindo Pharma has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on December 15, 2006, has considered and approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of APL Life Sciences Ltd and Senor Organics Pvt Ltd, both being wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, with itself and utilisation of the Securities Premium account, the appointed date of the Scheme of Arrangement is April 1, 2006.
