Bajaj Electricals planning to buy Hind Lamps mfg biz

NEW DELHI: Bajaj ElectricalsBSE 0.31 % today said it is considering to acquire the manufacturing business of Shikohabad-based Hind Lamps Ltd. The board of directors of the company would meet “on November 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider a proposal to acquire manufacturing business of Hind Lamps,” Bajaj Electricals informed BSE. Hind Lamps LtdBSE 4.98 % (HLL) is engaged in the business of manufacturing of glass bulbs, HID bulbs and aluminium caps, it added.
