NEW DELHI: Burger King has a whopper of a headache on its plate. Even before the world’s second-largest burger chain made its India debut a year ago, it has been locked in trademark cases in India – from a small pushcart called Mr Singh Burger King to joints in malls with deceptively similar names or logos.
