Creador Invests $18mn in iValue InfoSolutions

Sundara (Mauritius) Ltd, an affiliate of private equity firm Creador, has invested $18 million in iValue InfoSolutions Pvt Ltd (iValue), picking up a minority stake in the business, according to a company statement issued on Wednesday.

iValue is a valued added distributor (VAD), providing solutions around data, network and application areas for businesses. iValue is Creador’s 31st investment since inception in 2011 and its 11th investment in India.

As a part of this investment, Creador’s team will work closely with the company and board on strategic business matters, according to the statement.

iValue has a direct partnership with over 35 global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) comprising more than 100 niche solutions with over 700 system integrators.

It currently claims to work with over 6,000 businesses and corporate customers. It also has a direct sales presence across 13+ locations in India and several cities abroad.

iValue also has a standalone customer and channel-focused teams addressing pre-sales, sales and post sales requirements across multiple industry verticals.

The company was founded in 2008 by a team of industry veterans spearheaded by S. Sriram.
