DLF, UK co joint venture pact
DLF Ltd and the UK-based design and engineering consultancy firm WSP Group Plc have entered into a joint venture for the execution of DLF’s own projects across the country as well as providing services to other companies. Commenting on the joint venture, Mr Rajiv Singh, Vice-Chairman, DLF Ltd, said, "We are sure that while WSP will bring in its own strengths, we at DLF will set new benchmarks in the design and construction industry."
The joint venture will function as an independent entity delivering design solutions to India’s growing construction and infrastructure industry. WSP Group Plc operates in five continents with nearly 7,000 employees delivering solutions across a broad spread of sectors.
