Dolphin Offshore plans JV with German firm
Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India has signed an MOU with Germany-based IMPaC Offshore Engineering to set up a joint venture company in India.
According to a release issued by Dolphin to the BSE today, the JV will provide design and engineering services for oil and gas, ship building, ship repair and petrochemical industries.
"IMPaC is a leading international design and engineering company providing specialised services to the oil and gas industry (offshore and onshore), petrochemical industry and the construction industry.
"The JV will also operate in the Middle East and South East Asia countries, and will provide BPO services for engineering work procured by IMPaC in other parts of the world," the release added.
