French construction group Eiffage on Tuesday said it had started exclusive talks with Casil Europe, a Chinese investment vehicle, to acquire a 49.99 stake in Toulouse-Blagnac airport in the south of France.
Eiffage said the transaction would allow the company to diversify in airport concessions.
Toulouse airport is adjacent to one of the European industrial bases of aerospace company Airbus.
