Entegra Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order made on June 25, 2009, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2009 or after the conclusion of the meeting of the Equity Shareholders, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Merger of SKG Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd, the Transferor Company with Entegra Ltd, the Applicant Company.
