First Carlyle acquires Allsec shares
Allsec Technologies Limited has informed that First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius has acquired 3,0.21 lakh shares and 1.6 lakh warrants convertible into 1.6 lakh equity shares aggregating 19.85 per cent of the paid-up share capital of the company (not taking into account shares arising upon conversion of warrants and shares in respect of which options have been granted under the employee stock option scheme) and 19.66 per cent on a fully diluted basis (not taking into account shares in respect of which options have been granted under the employee stock option scheme).
The shareholding of First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius after the said acquisition is 30.21 lakh shares and 1.6 lakh warrants convertible into 1.6 lakh equity shares aggregating 19.85 per cent of the total share capital of Allsec Technologies Ltd
