Future Capital Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of its dated May 08, 2009, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has ordered convening a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company to seek their approval to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation & Arrangement ("the Scheme") involving the Company and two of its wholly owned subsidiaries namely, Future Capital Financial Services Ltd and Future Capital Credit Ltd. Pursuant to the directions of the said Hon’ble high Court, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company has been convened to be held on June 15, 2009, towards seeking the approval of the equity Shareholders of the Company to the Scheme.
