Infrastructure management services company Glodyne Technoserve has agreed to acquire Broadllyne Technologies, a provider of managed application services to the education sector. The acquisition broadens Glodyne’s portfolio of managed technology services and adds another dimension of expertise in the education industry, the company said in a statement. However, financial details of the acquisition were not made known. Broadllyne has a base of more than 173 clients. It has an execution pipeline of Rs 159 crore to be rolled out in 18-24 months across 1603 schools and colleges. On Friday, the Glodyne scrip closed up 0.62 per cent at Rs 465.55 on the BSE.
