MUMBAI: Hindustan UnileverBSE -0.03 % Ltd (HUL) has signed an agreement with Mosons Group to acquire hair-care brand Indulekha for Rs 330 crore and further deferred payments based on performance, in a move aimed at strengthening its personal care portfolio.
