Indian Hotels – Purchase of Ritz Carlton Hotel in Boston
Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had executed a Letter of Intent with the owners of Hotel Ritz Carlton, Boston for outright purchase of the hotel for US$ 170 million.
Further the Company informed that it has now executed a definitive Share Purchase Agreement with the Owners of Hotel Ritz Carlton, Boston and the transaction closure is scheduled for early January, 2007.
