InfosysNSE -1.24 % said it had agreed to buy Fluido, a Salesforce consulting partner in the Nordics, for as much as 65 million euros, as it focuses on boosting its cloud business.
The company said the purchase price include earn-outs, management incentives and bonuses.
“This acquisition demonstrates Infosys’ commitment to the Salesforce ecosystem to address our client’s digital priorities…This acquisition also aligns to our efforts to invest in local capabilities in the regions in which we operate,” Ravi Kumar S, President and Deputy Chief Operating Officer, said in a statement.
Fluido has offices in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Slovakia.
The company is majority owned by its management team and CapMan private equity, Salesforce’s venture arm also owns a minority stake in the company.
