The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Wednesday directed the resolution professional of Sporta Technologies, the parent company of Dream11, to keep it as a going concern.
The RP’s counsel argued that the management of Sporta Technologies continued to be with the suspended board of directors, and that they had been scuttling the CIRP.
However, the appellate tribunal directed the RP to refrain from taking any steps in the CIRP.
