Mefcom Agro Industries – Acquisition of Stake in Hospital based at Agra
Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired stake in
M/s. Kamayani Patients (Care) India Ltd., a profit making Company running multi Specialty Hospital at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
The Company is well established in the field of Cardic and Oncology apart from other specialties. The hospital has persuaded the concept of techno medico combination for higher patient satisfaction. The hospital is special of its kind in whole Uttar Pradesh with facility related to Specialty Cancer treatment available at reasonable cost. Other than this the hospital specializes in the following fields viz. Microsurgery, laproscopic surgery, trauma services, etc. M/s. Kamayani Patients Care (India) Ltd has inked the agreement to open Cardiac Center with M/s. Escorts Heart Institute & Research Center Ltd. (EHIRCL). The cardiac center has been named as "Escorts Kamayani Heart Center".
This will strengthen the Company’s synergy and consolidate its business plans.
