Menon Bearings Ltd – updates on amalgamation

Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of judicature at Bombay on May 02, 2009 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 391 to 394 of the
Companies Act, 1956 of Menon Alkop Pvt. Ltd and M B Autocomponents Pvt. Ltd (both wholly owned subsidiary Companies of the Company) with the Menon Bearings Ltd with effect from appointed date i.e. October 01, 2008.

Certified copy of the order of the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay is awaited.
