MindTree completes TES PV buy
MindTree Consulting Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has signed a definitive agreement on November 14 with the shareholders of TES Purple Vision Electronic Solutions Pvt Ltd (TES PV), for acquisition of 100 per cent stake in TES PV. The company completed the process of acquiring TES PV on December 17. The all-cash deal is worth $6.55 million. TES PV Electronic Solutions is the India-based, fully owned subsidiary of TES Electronic Solutions SA, the global electroni cs design and manufacturing services company based in France. Consequently, TES PV Electronic Solutions Pvt Ltd has become a 100 per cent subsidiary of MindTree Consulting.
