Among key bulk deals on Monday, Franklin Mutual trimmed its stake in housing finance company Indiabulls Housing Finance, while Cornalia Acquisition sold its entire stake in lender Shriram City Union Finance to Arkaig Acquisition.
Of the frontline indices, Sensex rose 60 points to close at 38,417 points, while peer Nifty edged 21 points higher to close at 11,355 points.

>> Franklin Mutual Series Funds-Franklin Mutual Beacon Fund sold 31,00,000 shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance at Rs 194.04 per share. At the end of June, the fund held 2.05 per cent stake in the company.
>> Cornalina Acquisition (FII) sold 12,23,810 shares or its entire 1.85 per cent stake in Shriram City Union Finance to Arkaig Acquisition (FPI) at Rs 965 per share.
>> Ayodhya Gorakhpur SMS Tolls sold 24,32,750 shares or most of its 3 per cent stake in Bharat Road Network to Spark Mall and Parking at Rs 35.02 per share.
>> EARC Trust SC 30 sold 28,00,301 shares of PSL at Rs 0.50 per share.
>> Gautam Gopikishan Makharia bought 1,97,950 shares of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilizers at Rs 104.18 per share.
