Provogue in JV pact with UK’s Liberty International
Provogue India Ltd said on Monday it had entered into a joint venture agreement with UK-based Liberty International Plc, which will pick up a 25 per cent stake in its unit, Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
Liberty’s equity investment in the venture will be Rs 2.03 billion.
The joint venture will develop and manage regional shopping centres in India, Provogue said in a statement.
