Rane Engine equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Demerger, Merger & Amalgamation
Rane Engine Valves Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if though fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation proposed to be made between Rane Brake Linings Ltd, Techcons Ltd, Rane Brake Products Ltd, Rane Holdings Ltd and the Applicant Company and their respective shareholders.
Rane Holdings Ltd also informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if though fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation proposed to be made between Rane Engine Valves Ltd, Rane Brake Lining Ltd, Techcons Ltd, Rane Brake Products Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders.
And Rane Brake Linings Ltd has also informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if though fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation proposed to be made between Rane Engine Valves Ltd, Techcons Ltd, Rane Brake Products Ltd, Rane Holdings Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders.
