SB&T Int’l to buy Mimansa Jewellery biz, brand
SB&T International Ltd has informed the NSE that the board at its meeting on December 17 has decided to cancel the Amalgamation of Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd with S.B.& T. International Ltd but would takeover the business and brand of Mimansa Je wellery Pvt Ltd and issue 5 lakh equity shares to the shareholders of Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd in proportion of shares held by them.
The board also decided to issue 18 lakh equity share warrants on preferential basis to investors at a price of Rs. 40.
