Shree Rajasthan Syntex – Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation
Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Scheme of Amalgamation between Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd and the Company, the Company shall issue and allot one equity shares of Rs 10/- each for three equity shares of each held in Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd in the ratio of 1:3 as per the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon’ble High Court, Rajasthan, bench at Jodhpur.
Similarly, Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd, M/s Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd shall issue and allot one equity shares of Rs 10/- each for three equity shares of each held in the Company in the ratio of 1:3 as per the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon’ble High Court, Rajasthan, bench at Jodhpur.
