Shriram Overseas Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras by its order dated July 14, 2006, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shriram Recon Trucks Ltd (SRTL) with the Company. The copy of the said order has been filed along with Form 21 in the Office of Registrar of Companies, Chennai on August 11, 2006.
