Superstar Exports Pvt Ltd, which is among the promoter group and has a holding of 32.53 per cent in SQL Star International, has announced an offer to public shareholders to acquire 20 per cent, or 74.30 lakh shares, at Rs 10.50 a share. The offer, which will open on October 1, will close on October 20, SQL informed the BSE, on Monday.
