Sun TV to merge Gemini, Udaya with itself
Television broadcaster, Sun TV Ltd., said on Monday its board approved the merger of satellite television company, Gemini TV Pvt. Ltd. with itself.
The board also approved merging Udaya TV Pvt. Ltd., excluding the FM (frequency modulation) radio division, with itself.
