Texmaco – Shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Texmaco Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, a meeting of the equity shareholders & 6% Redeemable Non-cumulative Preference Shareholders of the Company will be held on January 07, 2008, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of the Evershine Merchants Pvt Ltd, Neora Hydro Ltd, Shree Export House Ltd with the Company.
