Unichem Lab buys out entire stake in UK arm
Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed the BSE that it has acquired the balance 40 per cent stake in its subsidiary, Niche Generics Ltd. Prior to this acquisition, the company held 60 per cent majority stake in the subsidiary.
Niche Generics Ltd has now become wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The United Kingdom based firm is engaged in the business of product development, dossier filing and manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations in the European markets.
